This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations, custom work requests, and consultation booking changes are handled by Novrisa Interior. Please review these terms before placing an order or confirming a project.
How cancellations work
We aim to keep our cancellation process clear and fair for ready-to-ship products, made-to-order furniture, and interior consultation services. Timelines and eligibility may vary depending on the stage of processing, customization, and dispatch.
Orders
Before dispatch
Cancellation requests submitted before dispatch are generally reviewed promptly. If the order has not entered production, customization, packing, or shipping, we may approve the cancellation subject to any applicable processing charges.
Custom work
Made-to-order items
Custom furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and personalized interior solutions may not be eligible for full cancellation once design approval, material procurement, fabrication, or installation planning has started. Partial recovery, if any, is assessed case by case.
Consultations
Booking changes
Interior consultation bookings may be rescheduled when requested in advance and subject to availability. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or already delivered consultation sessions may be non-refundable.

What to include
To help us review your cancellation request efficiently, please provide your order number, registered contact details, and a short explanation of the request. Incomplete information may delay verification and response.
If your order includes multiple products or a combination of products and services, please specify exactly which item or booking you want to cancel. Any approved refund, where applicable, is handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Novrisa Interior reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that are already shipped, substantially processed, custom-manufactured, installed, or otherwise committed for fulfillment.
